After the recent software update my Blackerry Classic "freezes" then "unfreezes" repeatedly. I think next time will never restart. (i hope I'm not traveling) Is there a way to unfreeze the device besides trying to close it (not working in this case)?
A have BB devices for 14 years. This problem and other that we have, after the recent update, should be addressed by the new owners of the company.
