    Hi,
    my Bbery Classic periodically clears all email messages from the HUB.
    Of course, they are still in my mailbox if I check them (on iPad etc), but it only shows few old drafts on Bbery. OS 10, in case it's relevant.
    What can I do to fix this. Never had this problem with older version Bberries.

    Delete the account, and recreate it.. making sure to take not of all the settings.

    thank you. but over the past year i did delete it many times. this problem has continued

    What version of the OS are you running?

    Over the past year, have you tried reinstalling the OS... Factory Reset or Autoloader?
