    Hi
    Please help. My issue:

My phone BlackBerry Classic tell me: you dont have permision to deleted files...many times
    Or
Muzik player has mp3 that no longer exists, that is, songs that we have deleted many months ago

BlackBerry software - can be cleaned ??? ie the activity that Clean Master or CC cleaner do in android

Are the files you're trying to delete (or did delete) on your device storage or an SD card?

Location of phone memory. I do not have a memory card.

Some files are scrap from apps. Or only empty files. All 0 bytes.

Others are downloaded off. I can not delete them. They have 0 bytes.

Music Player: The songs I've deleted. The mp3 name appears in the player. The song no longer exists.

Plug in your phone to a computer and try to erase the zero-size files from there.

You may need to consider a security wipe and start again from scratch.

Install an Android app called Ghost Commander and delete those files from that file manager. Always worked for me

    Hey Daniel,

Let me confirm this: you see these files in File Manager, and when you try to delete them it says you do not have permissions?

As a side note you may want to pick up a memory card...highly useful for storage and avoiding situations like this.
