    I bought a used Blackberry Bold 9900 and at first it worked like a charm, but now I'm way less happy with it. Lately, I have some annoying issues with it - the volume keys arent working, the phone keeps crashing and turning off unpredictabely...does anyone know what I should try?

    have you updated the software lately, maybe check to see if there is an update , you might even have to go back down to an old os,
