Just to be clear on this, there are currently no 3rd party apps integrated with Blend. Its limited to a small selection of first-party apps and services. There is no API available for integrating apps with it.
That being said, we do now have a solution (that works with almost all of our mobile platforms) for getting WhatsApp on your desktop: https://web.whatsapp.com/

I believe blend is limited to PIM services (or services associated with Blackberry ID)
