Your company IT will need to provision your BlackBerry on BES10 for you through Enterprise Activation as a BYOD before you can use the Secure Work Space in Balance.

If you have the information from your IT department, you can activate BES on your device in Settings > Accounts > Add Account > Advanced > Work Account. The information you will need are work user ID, Activation code, and server URL.

If your company doesn't have BES10+, you're out of luck. No balance for you.
