[CrackBerry Question]

I've recently upgraded to a Keyone and every few days as the Phone is turned on - before it will boot up - a message appears saying
"Blackberry BackUp Downloader Menu
MODE:PRODUCT
Power key to select
1 Barcodes
2 Continue the Boot Up
3 Reboot into fastboot
4 Turn off the device
Hold Power Button for 10+ seconds to force reset"
Each time I have to press the reset button - why is this happening and how do I get rid of it? Thanks

Maybe your volume rocker is stuck/sticky from time to time? Alchol swab it as a test.

That's the base version. What's the firmware build number? It's available in Settings>About Phone

The Build number is ABA693
