If you have a browser and it works, i'd say to reload your OS.
If at all it works, it is farcical. Why should BlackBerry introduce a mentally ******** assistant? It mostly do not understand educated Indian accent. If at all, it re directs you to internet. I strongly suggest it be removed leaving some essential space and memory in the lower rung OS10 devices!
