Recently when I ask BB assistant to BBM my daughter it says that there is no pin associated with that contact. I tried deleting and re-entering the contact info and BB pin but same result. This is the only contact it does it with. There aren't any contacts in the blocked contact list either.
This is the one contact I need to be able to access hands free.
Geezus I am getting so sick and tired of the little crap.

Go to her BBM profile and change her name to match the local contact, or in the contacts app try linking the BBM contact to the local contact

Thanks! I will give that a try. The funny thing though is that I can still chat with her thru BBM. Assistant just won't recognize the pin.
