    I have been running Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) for about half a year now, and now it has stopped working for some reason. I did a security wipe, and for some reason didn't have a backup file, and android still doesn't work, which makes me very sad and wonder if this is BlackBerrys' doing or if it is just a software issue.
    Please Help

    Do a hard reset (power button down for 12 seconds) then leave your device alone for 10 minutes then try opening an android app again.
