Hello, My company has acquired about 17 Blackberrry 8230 unlocked for Verizon. they previously had a IT Policy attached from the previous company
I used a 3rd party to wipe that policy off the phone. I activated the phone with verizon. and everything was okay, however the phone couldnt be able to add a 3rd party email yahoo/gmail etc. I checked under network diagnostics under servicebooks it said unknown, i purchased an imei unlock. awaiting on the code, i seen a post from you pretaining to a pageplus with service books. zip file. if i do that would i be able to get the necessary apps back on. verizon wasnt much help

    Many thanks in advance

Hi, the only way you can get rid of security policies within the hardware is by doing security wipe, under options.
