    Is the update available for Globe users or do I have to update it myself since Globe ceased offering BlackBerry phones now

    BlackBerry 10.3.2 hasn't been rolled out via any carrier at this point and has only been pushed out to factory unlocked devices (such as those from ShopBB and Amazon). If you want to get the update sooner then you can certainly use Sachesi for a non-destructive upgrade, or if you want to start fresh you can use an autoloader.
