My camera won't start and video won't work, music does not play, sound gone, are some of the problems I had on my blackberry z10 after updating my OS. I used most of the help I got from people and a few worked - sound returned. But others no way, so what I did being that I reside in Nigeria where carrier doesn't take responsibility for the phone. BlackBerry has a support center in lagos on OSBORNE road called EMS solution. I got a new phone as replacement for FREE after they couldn't fix the issues I had. Many people don't know of this service so I thought I may share.

That's great. I'm glad it all worked out for you. You definitely had some serious problems going on and it's good that you were able to just get it replaced. Hope your new device stays solid.

Yeah, Infact I just did the 10.2.1.537 update, the latest update and it went perfectly, couldn't be more happier with the new features. Totally awesome and no glitch.
