    Blackberry 10 os bootloop keeps restarting. Says blackberry Starting 10 OS. VERIFY AND SECURE DEVICE. locked in the logo screen. Turns on shows email and calls letter are red. Then restart all over again.

    Reload the OS....

    It's probable on long enough for LINK to catch it... if not you'll need to use an autoloader.
