Up till about 3 weeks ago my my groups and pages showed on the drop down menu list but all of a sudden vanished and won't come back. Any help on how I can fix that?

I am having the same issue. I loved having easy access to my Groups etc and now there is nothing in the menu. Very strange. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing helps. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this.

Same here, on my phone and the one we just bought for my colleague. It shows the group chat in the list of chats, but nothing else.

Same here. I usually use the mobile site anyway, the app is just for posting replies to existing posts.

In the app, the groups show up in the search, and are listed among the friends. But no easy way to click on a particular group.

All those descriptions are exactly what I'm experiencing.
How can we get BlackBerry to improve there there facebook app???? It's in desperate need of some BIG time HELP!!!

Has there been a resolution to this?
I'm still unable to access the list of groups in the left dropdown, and from the hub notifications I often get the error "this post cannot be loaded" as shown above.

Hopefully this is resolved very soon.

Nope. App hasn't been updated since May of this year.

Yeah I'm aware the app hasn't been updated, but sometimes the problem is on the server side and when they fix that, it fixes for us too.

Some broken bits didn't break when we got an update, but when they changed something in Facebook. The hopes are that the problems are fixed. I don't care if they fix the apps or Facebook just as long as it's fixed.

With the BlackBerry Devs working busy like bees to pump out security patches for the Priv, I doubt very much we'll see an update to the native Facebook app any time soon. It's probably pretty low on their priority list right now.

I'm hoping that they are different programmers, but I think you're right.
I hope they are not going to sacrifice BB10 for BBA.. and I hope the next big update to BB10 isn't BBA lol

Same issues here! No groups, and sometimes shows error on notifications on Hub.

I've been trying to download facebook from playstore and haven't been able to get it to work.
I've tried to install it differently, but no joy. I like the look of the groups app, but that doesn't want to work either.
I might try run them through Cobalt's app and hope that helps.

How'd you manage to get it to work?

You will not find the versions that I spoke of on Google Play Store. You can find them on APKmirror.com though, and on other online stores that cache older versions of Android apps. You only can download the newest version of apps on Google Play. The newest Facebook version will not work on BlackBerry.
