So you have installed 10.3.0.700??
That is a developer's SDK and did not come with those apps. You need to locate the 296 bars in the leaked OS thread (700 thread) and sideload them to get your apps.

Download using a computer. You'll need a computer to run Sachesi anyways

Connect your phone to pc
Then click on install tab
Then select the bars to be installed
