If you already installed the autoloader, then you don't need to load the bar files.

the autoloader is downloading now.
I've used autoloader 10.3.1.700 before when it's done and load it. no bars! only the system bars I mean without musin.video.pictures.file manager apps! why?

Because 10.3.0.700 is a developer OS and is missing those things by design.
Conversely, 10.3.0.1154 is a full OS and comes with everything already.
