Currently I'm using BlackBerry z3. I want to upgrade my smartphone. Plz guys suggest me which should I buy between z30 n iPhone 5 c. Compare between performance , display, battery life, music quality, camera, lagging n hanging problem.

It's like comparing an Apple to a BlackBerry.... they are very different fruits and have their own strengths and weakness.
Display - Z30 is Bigger, iPhone is brighter with real colors.
Battery life - iPhone uses power better, but Z30 has a bigger battery.
Music - really don't know, but the iPhone has iTunes if you use that.
Camera - iPhone
Lagging / Hanging - Depends on what you are doing, base OS I don't think either has an issue. But it your are talking power, the iPhone benchmarks are better and it will be running all it's apps natively. Most BlackBerry apps will have to be Android Apps running on the Android Player, but other than a few highend games I've never noticed issue - other than some apps don't run at all.
Both are completely different ends of the spectrum, the 5c was supposed to be a cheap lower end model, the z30 is the touch flagship.
No contest Z30 wins hands down!

Bigger screen for browsing, speakers are amazing for music and video's.
Also, the battery is freaking awesome.
When i had mine it worked out for more than 24h.

Then you can go with Z30,
It has good music player, browser, FB/Twitter client.
And if you know how to play with OS then Cobalt's page cam make Z30 much better than BB made it.
If you want apps, go with the iphone.
Otherwise Z30 is superior in everything else.

A novel idea for the OP... go test drive each... if sort of like buying a car.. would you go out an buy a car on a recommendation... I know I would not.... Find a carrier or store that has both.. put them through their paces... I have an Iphone 6 for work a z30 for home... I prefer the Z30 because I like Blackberry not because Apple is bad.... The major turn off for Apple for me is the walled garden where everything is controlled by Apple.... with BB it is the company leaving the consumers (me) in the dark as to whether they will ever start actually supporting the consumer market again... if they are truly become a software company... what is the point of staying with BB at all.... Bought the Musus a an LG 3G and after playing with it for a couple of weeks would have no issue switching to it..... so really comes down to ... do not ask for advice... action is the order of the day....
What BlackBerry calls a flagship.... doesn't really mean all that much. While they were both announced within days of each other, I think it would be hard to say that the Z30 is really that much better of a device. How important is the OS? How important is the ecosystem? What are your needs and which device fits those needs better?

Well yeah. Lagging can be found on any platform.
It looks like it is highly reduced with recent updates.
Wouldn't be afraid about that.
Camera is fine too. Also with recent updates it got a lot better

You can find the review in Crackberry where Dad Does conducted an in-depth comparison between the iPhone 5c and the Z30, and the Z30 came out the clear winner, even though Dad Does stated that he was predisposed to the iPhone. It was a very interesting review. See if you can find it.
Facebook and Twitter are subpar on BlackBerry 10, because they are not developed by Facebook and Twitter, respectively, but by BB.
I use to have iPhone 5c and now owning Z30. I am in love with BlackBerry OS very easy just swiping away. Its HUB is the best. I don't see anything can come close to its HUB. I took good pictures with my Z30 even my niece iPhone user jealous with me. The reason I take good picture with my Z30 is, I don't point and shoot. I take time to play with the camera at least 10 - 20 seconds before take picture. If you want to see the person you are taking picture to look teller, don't stand, bend down. My only sad with Z30 is, it doesn't have LTE signal in my area, San Jose California with AT&T. Full charge of battery last from 6:00AM to 11:00 PM still have some juice left at least 25% remains. Surfing the web, checking email, BBM and watching some video clips of daily activities. I love my Z30, but because i don't use apps much beside Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter. Z30 kills 5c. The 5c is so small not sure who could use such a device any more
