    So switched from the classic to the key 2 LE got my voicemail up and would like my visual voicemail back. I have no idea what that is now. I do have Verizon. What exactly do you get??

    I have VVM with Verizon. There's a basic version, which is free. If you ported your number to the LE they should be able to restore VVM for you at no charge - just call and ask for it.
