    I had the same error pop up, updating to the latest BBM version (10.12.6.13) seems to have solved this error popping up for me.

    Interesting to note, I did a check of what the error was trying to say and found new help.blackberry.com pages posted on the 29 Jan 2016 titled Turn on BBM Protected Voice - BBM Protected for BlackBerry 10 - 10.12
