    My Q10 BBM video icon is grey all the time, it doesn't enable me to make video or voice calls. I basically had a friend come over and install it on his phone, and the icon was green on his android phone! And when he tried to voice call me, it says that I'm not available. Can someone help me please? My pin is 2BEAD43A.

    sounds like you need to reload your OS. Do you have wifi access?

    just try to restart phones. it happened for me once. everything was fine after restart.

    restart by the way, the best is like this:

    Hold Volume up + volume down at the same time for few seconds.
    you'll see message that screenshot was taken, ignore, keep holding and phone will restart.
