    Was always able to use video chat - using mobile network (unlimited data) or wifi - and then without warning NOTHING.
    The icon is greyed out and says the contact is unavailable for video call.

    I haven't had any upgrades recently so I'm not sure what is happening.

    My video chat doesn't work either. I started using skype again. Much easier
