    I have this problem for quite some time already. I'm not really using my BBM on my Z10 but very often it will run "automatically" on its own which always resulted to drastic consumption of the battery. What should I do?

    It's a common problem with the latest OS on z10. Whenever it happens restart your device. It will fix it. I got this issue 3times and now it doesn't come. If it gets frequently contact to bbm developer..
