you can set a profile for that contact to silence everything from him/her
Under Settings'->notification. select contact notification and add that person
I have tried using the contact notification, and that works for all sounds EXCEPT the darn PING!. I want to receive and be notified of their bbm messages, but can't find a way to kill the constant "ping"
