    Hello,
    I have upgraded my z10 to 10.3.1. I have updated my BBM from blackberry world. But I am unable to see the voice/video calling icon in BBM. Is anybody else facing the same problem and does anybody know the solution to it?

    Try doing a couple of hard resets, its always good after a update.

    holding the volume buttons up and down in until you see the loading circle.

    swipe down grom the top to make sure its turned on in settings.

    It depends on your carrier. Where do you live? Bbm voice or video is not available in the UAE. :/

    I am connected to my wi fi. The call option was there when my z10 had BlackBerry 10.2 but after upgrading to 10.3 it isnt visible.
