    Hello everyone,

    I am having issue with BBM.
    I constantly get the temporary server issue.
    WiFi or lte, and I even register the BB to the server.

    So I did a secure wipe but still facing the same issue.

    Any idea?

    I'm on a BB passport and on 10.3.3.2031

    Have you used this BlackBerry ID you're trying to sign into on your BB10 device on BBM on an Android device or iOS device after September 25 2017?

    Hello,

    I had a Priv back then so possible.

    I read the article about it but I'm not sure what exactly I'm suppose to do?

    I download BBM on an android device and logged in but still facing the same issue

    Easiest way to try, is make a new BB10 BBID for the Passport...... and make a new and different BBID for the android. Both of these will need new and different email addresses. Most email programs can have more than one email address attached to your main address.
    In doing this, you are starting fresh and won't have any chats or groups, but there is no way around this. So if this gets you active in BBM, you will have to message your friends via SMS, give them the info needed to have them add you back in.

    The possible reason your old BBID's don't work is you transferred your BBID to a new phone after September, which deletes the data base for BB10 BBM. And concerning the BBID on android, the BBID could possibly been used on BB10 and then moved to Android.

    Let us know if this works.

    I only have the passport and a samsung device now.

    I already create a new BB Id yesterday but when I'm trying to change my ID in the blackberry settings, it's telling me that the email is already in use????

    I'm stuck in a loop it seems.

    Did you wipe your phones and set up new email addresses first?

    If it is showing username is already in use, you didn't setup a new ID, or you didn't clear the info off your phone and reboot. I'm not sure in what steps you did when and how, so best to research the link above from the Blackberry Knowledge Base, that can explain it better than I can.

    How do I clear the info of the phone?

    If I go to the blackberry ID settings and clear my email, name and password,... it doesn't allow me to save as it need a valid email adress.

    Unless I am not doing it correctly?
