    Hi, when I open BBM I'm getting an error "device time is incorrect", what is that and how can I solve the problem?

    (Everything on my phone is working properly. )

    What device & what OS version are you on?

    How long has this been an issue?

    Check to see if there is an update....

    Think about doing a Factory Resort....

    If it was a new device, and still happens after a factory restore, return it.

    or you could try cycling time and date settings to Manual instead of Automatic, see if that helps. And of course set the right date and time.
