    Using BlackBerry z30. BBM was working fine. Now suddenly two days back BBM stopped working on wifi. Yesterday it again started working but stopped again. This BBM is my work account and a very imp account.

    Rest apps work. No issues.
    There's no whatsapp or FB on this phone.
    Tried resetting router.. deleted saved wifi networks.
    Retried. But no avail.

    I can't reload OS or do a wipe. This is my work phone.

    Any help appreciated.

    Have your I.T. people enabled/changed any sort of policy that would prevent access?
    Does it work on other wifi connections?
    What about just using straight data from the mobile provider?

    It only doesn't work on my office wifi only.. checked nd double checked.. it was working fine 2.. Sometimes it works for a minute.. today too started for a minute.. got msgs from my contacts.. by the time I was to reply gone again.. only at office wifi..

    I don't ve any IT policies.. I am a lawyer.. so that restrictions are out.. enquired with my service provider.. nothing.. same provider is at my home.. BBM works there..

    It seems the one common denominator is your WiFi at work. There must be some sort of restriction enforced on that network.

    I called the customer care of my service.. I was told to go into the router settings.. than was told to make changes in ip addresses. That's it..
