    Hi,
    I was using Q5 a year ago and have sold to a friend.
    Now I have Z30. When ever I want to setup BlackBerry messenger it says that the ID is registered to other device and direct me to retrieve the data by clicking a button. But it fails after sometime saying that server is temporarily not available.
    I am trying this since 3 months but of no vain
    I Had also confirmed with friend as if he is using my ID. But he confirmed that he is using his own.
    Any solution?
