Bbm calling/ video can't call over wifi

Before updated bbm. My bbm can call over wifi & video calling. Now only can call over network. Did anyone has same problem?

Did you reboot your phone? It will most likely fix the issue as I had BBM Voice missing until I rebooted.

My daughter's z10 did that. Had to reload the os.

Yes I did. Still has same problem
