Bbm call problem

So I cant still figure it out how to fiy bbm calling to android devices, it just appear one icon, I can cal to BlackBerry devices also with video call, I bought this BlackBerry about 3 weeks ago, its a classic, I contacted BlackBerry but as usual no answer... any hekp?

Are you on WiFi? Is she on WiFi? If not, have you enabled calling over the network in the options on both sides?

Yes everything is in order, I cant do it with any android user, I have everything enabled and I just downloaded the new bbm update from BlackBerry world :/
