    3 week ago I bought a blackberry Priv, transfer my Bbm from passport. A few days ago I sold the priv and got a Passport se, again I did the routine setup. Everything went well until I open BBM only to have it stuck at the below screen. "Associating Bbm with your blackberry ID". I did a factory reset 3 times and even went back to my previous black passport only to find the same problem.

    Help!! Anyone? Plz.

    You may only have one device connected to your BBID at a time, for BBM to work. Did you wipe the Priv before you sold it, or is it possibly still connected to your BBID?

    Log into your BBID on the BlackBerry website and remove the association with your sold Priv. See if that fixes it.
