    hi,
    i am using bb curve 9220 with wifi not with bis every app is running ok except BBM , BB MAPS .
    i want to know weather they will work with wifi or not

    No, BBM needs BIS, seriously. It does work with only wifi coupled with BIS also.

    Some apps on BlackBerry Legacy devices such as Facebook, BlackBerry World, Yahoo Messenger, and BBM really do REQUIRE BIS. After activation of each one, you're free to use them via wifi.
