    I went to bed w/ my z10 near a full charge. Woke up this morning & it was completely dead. BBM appears to be the culprit, but I've never opened up BBM on this device. How is that possible?

    I'm running 10.2 & my screen shot won't show up. It basically shows the nose dive of my battery w/ BBM being 75% of the issue.

    You are not alone. Since the software updates, I too have this problem. I do not think it is because of BBM. THERE MUST BE OTHER ISSUES.
