Others can't see my picture or message updates. I have gone into settings to make sure I am showing my picture to others. And still nothing. Any ideas?

have you rebooted your phone? what phone you using? I assume they get your messages just fine?

Yes. Tried rebooting no dice. Original z10 with latest OS and BBM Updates

Your not on the latest bbm by chance are ya?
Are those people that can't see updates and ur pics actually contacts or are they the new "email" contacts?

The people that can't see, do they have a picture or are they just grayed out?

It happened to me before, where my African contacts can't see my bbm picture. The word thing is only those from Africa encounter this problem. I supposed it's something to do with connections or something...
