bberror bb10-0015 on Passport Silver Edition

Trying to wipe phone clean but had this info on my Passport Silver Edition

Forget about Mac question. I got a PC to run autoloader.

My issue is I tried doing a security wipe on my BB Passport SE and got the bberror. I downloaded the autoloader. When I tried to run the .exe file it gets stuck on the screen and says Connecting to Bootrom:

I don't think the computer is recognizing the Passport when I connect it to the PC. So I'm guessing the .exe file will not be able to connect to the phone.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
