[CrackBerry Question]

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I cannot access the pictures on my Z10. Previously I could open up BB10 in My Computer and drag and drop files but now I cannot see the files on my phone. My computer has also stopped syncing with my BB10. I tried uninstalling and then re-installing BB Link and BB Blend but still no luck. When I try to set up a sync relationship I see a message that BB Link is �Preparing to Sync� but does not go beyond that point.
I can see my photos with BB Blend but cannot see how to set up a sync relationship for my files.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I also had lost sync ability when I was still using my Classic with my new Windows 10. Seems Link hasn't been updated to work with Windows 10, so that's that. Looked it up in google but little answers. It kinda broke my heart but I moved on now.

You need to also update the BlackBerry drivers. Because of the driver model of Windows, you'll sometimes get broken drivers from an in-place upgrade. Oddly enough, BlackBerry has bundled all of the drivers for their devices in with the installer for the Priv driver.

I've been using Windows 10 since the betas and never had an issue with Link or Blend. In each case though, the computer was set with a clean install of 10 though.

Reinstall BlackBerry Link and run it in compatibility mode, Select Windows 7 from the drop down menu.
