    I just updated my BlackBerry z10 stl100-3 to 10.3.2.2789 and I cannot use my application as my phone is not accepting BBID? what to do?
    My user name is visible but after entering password nothing happens neither verify nor cancel, it just stuck and I have to restart my phone to work again.

    You might try redoing the wipe and reload....
