Try holding the power down for 32 seconds, that's the equivalent of a battery pull. Time it.

There is totally dead.... nothing happens when you plug in the charger or press the power button. (in which case Charger and Battery should be tested - or it probably is time for a new phone)

Then there is, something is wrong.... LED lights up or screen lights up with an error code. (in which case there may be a solution, like using an Autoloader to reload the OS)

More details on what you have tried and those results... could help.

blackberry q10. I used to test my battery with a tester and it looks fine. just woke up yesterday morning and I notice my phone is dead.

You say the battery is ok. If it were the charger then you should have power when connecting to the PC. Since you don't, the only common and easily remedied, fix to eliminate is the USB cable/port. Are you able to try using a different USB cable?

Failing that, it sounds as if Dunt Dunt Dunt's paragraph 1 of post number four is the bitter reality.
