    I have noticed that some websites I go to are now telling me my flash player is outdated, for example discovery.ca, history.ca videos now no longer play in either desktop mode or mobile site.

    Is something that would be addressed in BlackBerry's 10.3.1 release.

    Adobe has killed Flash for mobile; any future updates are merely security patches for the same old 11.1 release.
