By doing a security wipe I have bricked my z30 and now my q10

Blackberry link reload doesn't fix the problem. Could this be a Sprint problem? BlackberryHelp says I need to contact them. I don't want to brick my new Passport too.

The Z30 wasn't even on Sprint or any other carrier. Only the q10 was on Sprint.
