    All you can do is try an autoloader. If it still doesn't work, it must be a hardware fault.

    Download and unzip to PC, plug in device, run autoloader.

    The device will be wiped in the process.

    If you installed the new OS on your phone, and your camera still doesn't work, it must be broken.
