[CrackBerry Question]

please i cannot access my pictures which i took with my bbz10 or transferred from my previous phone though the thumbnails are showing in the picture icon or file manager(the pictures display a blank black page)..when i also open my videos/music, it says file/media format not supported.i have formatted the sd card but it still not working

What OS are you own... Did this just start happening - or did you just get the phone?

What type of format are the pictures from your previous phone? It is possible that you won't be able to view those.

But if you can't view the pictures that your Z10 takes....

Have you rebooted?
Deleted any new apps?
Updated the OS?
Done a security wipe?
