Gmail and Hotmail both sync ok

at least twice a week
there is a Gmail error or Hotmail errors
both error notices are the same

select at bottom of screen to open
"Edit account"

Hotmail all i have to do is delete the L in Hotmail add it back the SAVE it syncs
Gmail all I have to do is delete the L in Gmail add it back the SAVE it syncs

as you can see NOTHING has changed it won't let you just save without this alteration

and Only with Gmail do I sometime then have to logon on via Z10 and authorise the permissions

This i have noticed only occurs when I use wifi ( free wifi)

there is NO error calendar / contact/ email are all on the phone but i have to perform this unecesary to sync

I have already deleted BOTH a/c from the phone which has messed up the auto contact merge.
none of my contact merged so had to manually merge my contacts after
