    Blackberry torch got stolen. blacklisted the phone but will the pictures be available to somebody who inserts a new simcard?

    I would think they would be viewable. The photos are stored on the phone memory or a SD card not the sim card.

    Did you have a device password set up?

    Even if you did, if your pictures are stored in the sd card and they were not encrypted, then... it's basically like a usb stick.
