I upgraded my BB Q10 and i found no Mobile hotpots.
I had the same issue with Q5 so I bought Q10 and found the same problem.
    This is very disappointing.
Can anybody please help in this case.
Thanks for your reply in advance.

The mobile hot spot can be disabled by your specific mobile provider according to the sim card you're using.... and it can be disabled via policies if your are connected to a "work account".

Are you paying for this feature with your carrier?

How did you "upgrade" your software?

Unfortunately I am still continuing using q10 without hotspot.
I checked with the carrier they asked me to change the device and try and it was working fine with other phones.
I upgraded from software update in System Settings.
