    i have faced an error like "www.bberror.com/bb10-0015" in my mobile later i used SIC Multiwipe tool to wipe the data and the it stated to blinking red light twice. i have used the BlackBerry 10.3.1 SQR100-3 Autoloader to my BB Q10 mobile which has 10.3.2 os. though the problem is remains same. please help me to get back my mobile to normal mode.

    For security reasons, you cannot downgrade from 10.3.2 to 10.3.1, wiped or not. That's why it remains in the state it's in.
