    Hi frnds,

    I need u guys to get me out of this.... I own my bbq10.. Yesterday, I tried to wipe my device but it's stuck at some point again and again...... I tried BB Link to restore my device and tried to download autodownloader and firmware files.... But every attempt leads to fail..... Now my device is bricked.

    This says Z10 but should work for any bb10 device.

    Here is a youtube video too, that might help. Maybe you have tried this, but pay attention to the order of the process in case you weren't following the correct order, such as turning off the device before you connect it to the computer with Link open.
