    My Blackberry is broken, it turns on but I can't unlock it or access anything so I can't transfer my photos onto an sd card. I can plug it into a computer and sinc certain things but I'd really like to transfer my photos onto my computer so that I don't lose them. How do I do this if I can't change any settings or transfer them onto an sd card?

    Download and install BlackBerry Desktop Manager (your profile shows you have a 83x0 Curve). Plug your device in via USB and see if they connect. If they do, you can navigate to the camera and pics folders and move the files to the PC.

    You can move your files from device to SD card using BlackBerry link. That's if the SD card is in the phone.

    If he wants the issue solved, it doesn't really matter what he likes it not.

    Preferences or solution. One can't have both.
