    Everything used to work fine. I already installed android apps which worked just fine. But it's just stopped opening them now. It can't load any apk files anymore. OS version 10.3.3.2137. Thanks.

    Press and hold the power button for about 12 seconds, let it reboot and leave it alone for 15 minutes. Then try again. If it still doesn't work, press both volume buttons simultaneously until the phone reboots, leave it alone for 15 minutes. Then try again.
